One of the latest improvements to the standard property search is the Geosearch option. This gives the user the oportunity to see houses that match their requirements plotted on a google map rather than just in a standard list. The houses are plotted on their post code and this method allows potential buyers to see the property in relation to the local area. This feature comes with the property search at no extra cost. On the search form after entering their desired criteria the user simply clicks the 'Geosearch' button rather than the 'Find Property' button.
Zoom in by clicking on the + symbol in the top left corner and get a more detailed map. Click on the map and move your mouse to change the location of the map. Click on a property to see summary details of the property with links to full details. This feature is free to use and can be enabled in housescape by going to the property search section of the maintenance screen.
